Neighborhood Egg Hunt!

At last year's neighborhood hunt Gabriel had only been walking for a couple weeks. This year was a different story. From the moment we got to the park he was not interested in lining up and waiting for the "Go" time...he wanted to run to the eggs! Luckily they divide the hunt into 4 and under and then the bigger kids so he didn't get trampled.

You can see him inching his way in front of the other little ones.


"Did someone say GO?"


He went over and stole another little boy's basket, not sure if that was strategy.


And they're off!












It is safe to say that Gabriel got as many eggs as he wanted. He didn't quite realize what was inside them so after about a dozen he was ready to do something else. When it was time for the big kids to hunt he went tearing to the other side of the park to hang out with them.

We tried to get all the kids to sit for a picture. Yeah right, it was like herding cats!
