Did you miss us?

It seems like forever since I have updated everyone on Gabriel's adventures. Between our busy schedules and Gabriel having a nasty virus, complete with pink eye, there hasn't been too many "cute" photo ops. I am happy to report after 10 days on antibiotics that my house is now pink, cough, stuffy nose and diarrhea free! Gabriel has had a runny nose here and there but nothing like this virus, which his Pediatrciain thinks he either contracted from a pool, shopping cart or Bounce U.

Let's see, what has he been up to. As of Wednesday, August 10th he is now 17 months old! Time is flying. He is more and more active everyday. He runs from end of the house to the other, laughing the whole time. He terrorizes and adores Rahja. He is always trying to sit in her bed with her and hug her. He talks up a storm, unfortunately we can still only understand a few words: Da-da, dog, Rahja, Ma-ma (when he wants to). He loves to play at the desk, and knows just where to put his hand when using the mouse. Still thinks every phone call is for him. He is starting to think that every beverage in the house is also for him. He hijacks my water bottle quite frequently. Earlier this week I went in his room to find him completely naked in his crib. He had undressed himself without assistance. I am hoping that was luck because I am not ready for that stage! He fancies himself as quite the comedian and regularly makes himself laugh...and us!
